How would you describe your experience of working with Bora?
It just works!  The team spend time getting to understand what your objectives are and they simply create a package for you that based on their vast experience, that initial SOW has always been a solid starting point; editing something is much easier than starting with a blank piece of paper.  Bora then encourage feedback and discussions to tailor the original ideas to get you exactly what you need.  The outline of the work is not fixed until the point in time that the brief for that particular asset is created, you or Bora will course correct during the programme.  So if you suddenly require additional Blog content, a relevant news story has come up that needs comment, or you want to put on a webinar they are flexible to accommodate any ideas you may have. They also understand the Cyber Security industry better than any other agency I have spoken to.  Members of their team have worked in cyber for longer than I have across multiple vendors, products and positions, their experience shines through when you are at a loss of how to convey a message around a new product launch for example.  You always come away from a conversation with them knowing more about the market than you did when you entered it.
Can you briefly tell us how Bora helped your business?
For us Bora have supported our lead generation programmes with content production.  We have worked with them on a whole variety of projects from Campaign Kits, Authority Pages and Blogs through to Sales Enablement Materials and webinars.  They are simply a safe pair of hands which doesn’t sound like a massive complement but you know that if you brief something in with them it gets done on time, in budget and doesn’t require several rounds of amends.   Having had small teams in all the organisations I have worked with Bora in then they have enabled me to be much braver in the number and types of projects I can commit to.
Which Bora service helped you the most?
Content creation without the shadow of a doubt, mainly for lead generation but also awareness creation and education.  Across all the brands I have worked with Bora there have been slight nuances i.e. the company is well known, but not for all of its products; the company is not known at all but their products are.  Having to create content as well as then devise the programmes to reuse that content (whilst still keeping Sales and Product Management happy) would have been too much for the teams that I have managed.  We would have ended up with just your run rate nurture emails rather than good quality assets that we have been able to gate to generate good quality leads.
Why did you choose Bora? What made you stay?
I didn’t chose Bora in all honesty, they had already been on staff for many years in the company where I first worked with them.  The first call that I had with them I knew that they were going to support my Marketing Team in a multitude of ways and provide expertise and capacity that we simply did not have internally.  Their understanding of the different ways in which prospects engage with content was always backed up by metrics and experience, they could show me what was working and why.  On our calls they take time to listen to my ideas, together we come up with options and figure out what is going to be the most impactful.  Having said that I have taken Bora with me to each company I have gone to since and they will be part of my Marketing arsenal for many years to come.
